may have to option to prepay or pay upon delivery.- For customers shopping within the United States, may require you to lodge your SSN or EIN for orders over 250 USD. If this is refused, your package will be marked as "return to sender” and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Period for Returns and Exchanges: All requests must be made within 15 calendar days of the day our system marks your order as "Delivered". Any unconfirmed return that arrives after the 15 day deadline will not be eligible for a refund.- The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, all tags and packaging included. Our team will check and confirm the condition of your items upon arrival. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the items will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied.

- To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, no stains, or damage. all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact included our fabric bag in cotton. Please Be securely packaged with protective materials to prevent transit damage.

- Please note that the return policy lasts for 15 days. After this period, we are unable to accept any returns. Additionally, returns must be properly registered to be accepted.
- All garments except (t-shirts) are shipped in our signature fabric bag. Please ensure that all products are returned in the original packaging, including the fabric bag with the tag still attached.
- Refunds cannot be processed if the return does not include the all original packages bag.
- The customer is responsible for the return costs.
- Please handle garments carefully when trying them on. All items must be returned in brand-new, unused, and undamaged condition, with the tags and seals still intact.
- Returns of items with sealed packaging will not be accepted if they are not in a re-sellable condition, with the tag and seal still attached.
- The customer is responsible for the returning items from outside the Belarus until they arrive back with us.
