• For pre orders item, your payment method will be authorized at the time of purchase.

• We ship packages to all international locations using EMS, M&M. Every shipment is insured, and you receive an update email with your parcel details as soon as it left our warehouse.

• The country of delivery will determine the estimated time of delivery, for express services, please allow 1-3 business days, and for normal services, allow 2-5 business days. Shipping times might occasionally be 8–10 business days. Shipping times are estimates, we are not responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the Belarus.

• The items you wish to return must be in their original condition, all tags and packaging included. Our team will check and confirm the condition of your items upon arrival. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the items will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund or credit.

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the team approval.
